Very poor customer service
As the title states! I wish I had fully taken in previous reviews and avoided this shop My son is very scared of the hair dressers The manager was rude and abrupt didn't give him time to settle or even seem to try and calm him Hair cut was satisfactory I suppose but nothing to write home about :/ Not worth the money Most definetly won't be using it ever again!

dreadfull and rude owner !!
This is the worse hairdressers to take your child to the owner is rude and unhelpful just wants to take your money and not put your child at ease don't go here !!!!

Life saver!
My 2 year old has a phobia of hair dressers,recommended here by many,amazing,the staff were so calm and kind Ben had a lovely professional hair cut,no fuss,we were running a bit late so let Little Roots know on route as you would for any appointment,no problem were seen within 10 minutes,so Ben had time to get used to his surroundings,would happily recommend and will be going back.

Nightmare hairdressers
Not surprised with your experience had similar treatment from the manager in the past and I turned up on time but with a extra child but she refused to see either of them. Complete and utter waste of time and space. The manager should not be allowed to work with children I will be contacting bbc counties radio suggest you do too Amy

Racist and rude
you just started insisting that I couldn't have another appointment. So she continued to shout and say I should have apologised, that I was ignorant and that I'm speaking over her as I was trying to explain that I was not late on purpose and that she never gave me a chance to apologise or explain and she was very rude. So then she said 'where do you come from' 'How Are you people brought up?' at which point I was furious and said she was racist. So she said 'oh here we go that's the normal thing for you to say'. I then re- iterated how she was rude, arrogant, unprofessional and racist. So she said she would call the police on me because I called her racist and put the phone down on me. I then rang back and explained how she can call the police as I have done nothing wrong at which point she started swearing and continued to call me ignorant and stupid even though she had children in the salon. So I asked her what I had done which was against the law at which she stated calling her a racist and how she's got witnesses. So I reminded her that I stayed quiet in the salon and took her rudeness so she only has witnesses of my patience and speaking the truth of her being a racist is not a criminal offence and just said good bye sweetheart. This is the most unprofessional, racist, rude individual that I am genuinely surprised is allowed to deal with the public let alone children.
