The worst estate agen ever!
In my opinion this is by far the worst estate agent in the Leigh area. They over value your house as a tactic to try and get your business and then advise you to reduce the price once they have got you under contract. In my experience, more often than not, the phone was not answered. The business is run by a man who is extremely spiteful and if you try to provide them with fair notice to end the contract they will try every trick in the book to stop this and be as unhelpful as possible. This is a genuine customer experience. You have been warned!

Don't trust them
They will try anything to deceive you. Don't trust them and buy or sell a property from someone else.
