He was informative, professional and courteous
The locksmith from Locksmiths Solihull called me before scheduled appointment to let me know that he was on his way to my home. He arrived in a well equipped van carrying all the required tools and hardware. I needed to fix a jammed deadbolt lock. He was informative, professional and courteous. He performed his job dutifully and went above and beyond to make sure that job was done to satisfaction and offered additional advice for security.
