Glen is a liar and a cheat and fobs you off with excuses AFTER taking your money. He gives petulant excuses such as 'i don't write emails', 'i sent it in the post', 'it was sent back undelivered', 'my vans broken down', and the best of all 'I promise i will be there later on today'. it has been well over a month without any sign of the key i have already paid him for.
