Loft Extension
I would like to share my fantastic experience with Lofts and Extensions. They recently completed a large loft conversion and extensive renovation to our Edwardian home and we could not be more pleased. The service is first rate, dealing with everything from initial architects drawings and planning through to the final finish. If you're looking for a top notch building experience, completed on schedule, within budget, with a high level finish then look no further. Loft conversion and rear extension
We used L&E (Don't move, extend) in 2015 for a loft conversion and new rear extension to our home. Out of all the quotes we obtained L&E gave us the most detailed scope of work so we knew, by room, what we were getting. Their price was competitive and fair, and did not change. The payment schedule was broken into small milestone payments which allowed us to pay once work had been completed rather than large lump sum payments. Our team were efficient completing all the work in 10 weeks. They were neat and tidy and very considerate as I was pregnant and at home with a 2 year old throughout the build. The lead builder was on site most days meaning any issues or queries were resolved quickly.

Don't move - extend!
We have now used L & E on two occasions. A loft build including bathroom + downstairs Knock through. On both occasions the teams have risen to the challenge of working in a busy household environment yet always remaining courteous and respectful. The workmanship was great and the communication throughout excellent. What shall we have done next ?? ....

KItchen side return extension
I hired L&E to undertake a kitchen extension to my terraced house (side return etc). I can only say good things about the company and the team that undertook the work. They delivered on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Amazing!
We had a 1930s detached house in Twickenham which needed much love after being rented for 40 years. After several years we embarked on the work using L&E who provided us with the most comprehensive yet understandable quote of the many that we had in. The work, which was a ground floor, first floor and loft extension plus complete refurbishment of the rest of the house started on time, finished on budget and 6 weeks early! We even added work to the outside of the house including driveway and patio. The foreman pushed us for decisions throughout which enabled the job to progress so quickly. He always offered solutions and suggestions when we cam up against difficulties. Our neighbours who were obviously affected by the work even appreciated the speed and quality of their work and kept telling me so. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very impressed from design to build!
We used L&E - don't move extend - around a year ago for our extension and I must say we can't be happier. Right from the design to the build to the finishing I can't really fault them. The building team were extremely efficient - and threw bodies at the work when needed to get things done (e.g. the whole extension was plastered in 2 days). The attention to detail when finishing really made the difference too.

Highly Recommended !
We were recommended by our friends who had used L+E . L+E were competitive, professional , project ran on time , on budget , high work rate by real craftsman , very clean and tidy , nothing was a problem for them . We have recommended L+E on a number of occasions since our extension in 2014.
