Very happy 'Gas Boiler' customer
I had to have a new boiler fitted about three months ago when my old boiler suddenly died on me. I called out four companies to give me a quote, and I found that of all them, London and Surrey Gas Services were the most professional, gave me the best advice and the best price. I really needed the boiler fitted straight away, as I had family coming to stay, so they managed to arrange the installation for the very next day. The guys turned up on time, first thing the next morning, and I can honestly say that I could not have wished for a better team. They were polite and efficient and when they left that evening, they went over everything with me and made sure everything was clean and tidy, I would not even have known that I had had workmen in the house. When I called them back out two weeks later (as I had no hot water) they turned up that very same day (and I felt silly when we found out that one of my children had turned the electric switch off). I offered to pay a 'call-out' charge but they insisted that was not necessary. I was very happy from start to finish with all of my dealings with London and Surrey Gas Services. I now have a brand new Worcester Bosch boiler, with an EIGHT YEAR WARRANTY, and I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you everybody at London and Surrey Gas Services. Julie (A very happy customer)

What a shame to have received one bad write up. It nearly put me off ! I am so pleased that I found nineteen excellent write ups elsewhere and consequently went ahead with a whole replacement central heating system with London & Surrey Gas Services. The two guys that completed the task in two days can only be described as perfectionists. They were very considerate throughout and a credit to their company. I am one very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend London & Surrey anytime ! Thank you and well done. Merton Park
