Home inspection and water leak

Bathroom Plumbing
I had an emergency -- water pouring out of the ceiling underneath the bathroom. The company, addressed the problem, and got it completely fixed the very next day! Things work better than ever now. Having to work late I felt secure leaving their workers to do the job while I was out. Also the administrative staff are clear, friendly and helpful. Very reliable. They are worth every penny!

kitchen plumbing
Got the service we required in a very quick fashion. The faucet in the kitchen was leaking all over the counter and underneath the sink. My husband tried to do it himself but it didn't help. Plumber came and was able to fix it quickly and we were quite pleased.

This company has been our plumber for 10 years and we rely on them. They are always punctual and does good work. As well they has a very personable and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to have them do work for me.

Came when booked, brought what was required,called in another man so all work could be done. cleaned up after! Scheduled to return to do my exhausting of the dryer in a better way

Toilet Blockage
Within an hour of calling, a plumber showed up and clearly explained my problem (a toothbrush lodged in the trap of my toilet!). He worked quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. He sorted us out and I will call them again without hesitation - but hopefully not for the same reason! Thanks!

Plugged shower
We were moving and found out the master bedroom shower was plugged. We needed someone professional to solve the issue. We had have a free lancer one month ago and the problem was fixed for only two weeks and then got back. Yes, I am very satisfied with the service!. Get a professional! Thank you Builders !

Kitchen Sink Drain repair
We have been in our house for 6 years and the drains were never hooked up properly by the builder. As a result, our kitchen drains were leaking badly. I called this company the day it happened and tech was in in a few hours. They kept informing me when they will be here, were on time, quoted us on the spot and proceeded to do an excellent job! rebuild 2 tub faucet and install tub faucet
My husband tried to fix this after I threatened him so he called in this company and they fixed the problem. Great service!! I would recommend this service to anyone. The service was impressive, especially on a Sunday

Water filter installation
Plumber was on time and very quick. More important he did a great job on installing the filter. He did the installation at my parents place too few months ago. In general, we are very satisfied with the service.

bunch of work
The water inside my toilet kept running and I could see there was water leaking from that big plastic thing... There were a number of other projects I had in mind too. Serviceman has been doing this for a long time - he arrived exactly when promised - left everything very nicely. He even showed tested my water for me. There is a flat rate they use in their book, so even though it was on Sunday, it doesn't cost anymore than it would have on any other day. There's a reason these people are busy!

Service man needed to come twice due to some existing kitchen issues. He was very professional and keeps your house clean. The receptionist is very friendly and humorous and everything was done on time. We are extremely happy with the service and quality of the experience! Thanks!

Drain and Toilet
I had a toilet that started leaking and a drain that was emitting foul odours and looked like it would back-up. Technician from this company was dispatched very quickly. He did all the work necessary within a few hours. He wore booties in the house and cleaned up after the work was done. He also left me with valuable information regarding future problems should they arise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great serve and workmanship.

Assorted electrical tasks around the house
Technicians showed up on time (and let's be honest, how rare is that in a contractor?) and after a quick review of the work required, went right to work. They kept me in the loop on what they were doing, and were open and honest about the details. I had four different tasks for them, and they were all completed to perfection within two hours, and right on target in terms of cost/quote. Highly recommended

Electrical work
My husband & I bought a real fixer-upper. We were referred to this company by our real estate agent and are we ever glad we met them. They have completely (and extremely professionally!!) redone all the wiring in our house. They knows their trade and is extremely courteous and they cleans up after themselves - no messes left behind. They always uses drop sheets to protect your carpet or hardwood.

Potlight installation
We are very happy with this company's installation of pot lights in our kitchen. Their crew were polite, competent and very conscious of not making a mess. They cleaned up before they left and my wife had nothing to clean up!! She was very happy. We've been telling our friends about the great new electrician we have found and heartily recommend. Sensor Lights, 2 Bathroom Exhaust Fans
This guy is solid. I will never go with anyone else and won't even entertain exploring other options. This guy does work in 1/2 the time most guys do it and has impeccable service. Electricity in my kitchen, washer and dryers installation with exhaust
Thanks to this company for coming to my rescue!!! My kitchen needed a fully tune up and these guys came and did their job, they also worked in the installation of my new washer and dryer machines connecting the exhaust through my attic to the roof. I'm very glad I called them!!!

Plumber
They came over on July 2nd to look at a few plumbing problems I had. I was already amazed that they would come over during the long week-end, they call 45 minutes before arrival to warn me. While there were here, they were nice and courteous and fixed my problems. Overall great service!

Clearing clogged sewer drain
We woke up to sewage coming out of the basement bathroom drain. Within two hours of calling this company arrived and went over the possible causes and solutions and their cost. They used a camera to find the clog and loosen it and then a snake to remove the roots that were getting into a section of the pipe.Great work !

This company provided extremely prompt and efficient service - both with the initial meeting with representative, the certified technician who came to quote the job, and with carrying out the work. All the crew were polite and efficient, and they did a great job of explaining what was involved, and showing me the findings of the camera inspection. Their price seemed fair to me.

drain in laundry room was apparently clogged according to a home inspector and this company came in and verified that there was no problem with our drain system whatsoever. Thank you because your input was the breaker for the closing sale of our house.

clay pipe collapsed in basement. replaced.
These guys were timely (immediate?!) and did an outstanding job with the repair being conscious of our needs. They completed the job as promised and CLEANED UP AS IF THEY HAD NEVER BEEN THERE!!!! Within one week I had referred them to a friend with a drain issue and that family was equally satisfied.

Snaking sink
The upstairs drain in the bathroom sink needed to be snaked. Though I was disappointed to have to do this same work again (having had it looked at just a few weeks ago), I was pleased with this company's work. They explained what needed to be done and the possibility that more work could be required if there was a leak in the pipes behind the wall.

Plumbing
I had accidently dropped my diamond earing into the sink and it slid into the drain. I called this company and a an appointment was made right away. Technician arrived a few hours later and was able to retrieve the earing. The service was excellent from the moment I called to the final handshake at the door. Friendly, courteous, and professional.

Smith did an excellent job on repairing a leaky pipe (Kitec) which others would not attempt. Was timely and spent additional time to explain various issues to look for in the future. Would highly recommend him for your next job!

Amazing
Smith was quick to respond to my voice mail and attend to our small plumbing repair (kitchen sink plumbing leak). While he was there, he also provided a free estimate for our water service to my request. With a quick job completed on the sink (and everything was cleaned up behind him!), extensive education to me as a first-time-homeowner, and a competitive quote, we will using Builders to update our water service in the next few weeks.
