Absolutely Useless
We moved into our flat in december and have been complaining that the ceiling in the front room leaks when it rains - It is now june and still no one has come round to even look at it despite us ringing them constantly. Today I was told to go down to the plumbing shop down the road and ask them to contact the property owner as he works there. He wasn't working today conveniently. We had to pay over £700 estate agent fees, for what I don't know. When they originally came to do the inventory, we showed them our windows didn't close and still to this day, they don't close. Absolutely useless cowboys who take your money and the fact your toilet doesn't flush is not seen as something that needs to be sorted out straight away! Can not wait to move out.

Awful - do not use
Absolutely terrible, complete cowboys. All they want to do is take your money, they also rent of properties illegally, despite warnings from the police. In the case I am writing about they told our landlord untrue and slanderous stories about us. Additionally they had a set of keys and felt it appropriate to waltz in and out of a flat with 2 girls as they please, including leaving the door unlocked on one occasion.
