Worst service and fitting ever experienced
The only time Station carpets came out on time was to quote the job. From then it was all downhill twice never showing up at all, Carpet wasn't stretched and left with pins on gripper sticking through carpet. Vinyl in kitchen left with tear in it and vinyl in bathroom laid twice with gaps between vinyl and edge of skirting or up to an inch in places. Refused to answer phone calls, text messages and in the end I had to get another fitter in to try and remedy ridiculously poor standard of fitting. Service levels were non existent. DO NOT USE STATION CARPETS unless you want incredibly poor service and a fitters that haven't a clue whatthey are doing! There were 3 fitters and 1 guy with a silicone gun to fit abit of vinyl in the bathroom which they left with gaps and silicone half done. It was like the three stooges. BUYER BEWARE

We recently used Station Carpets and from entry to the store which is nicely laid out with knowledgeable and courtous sales staff to the fitting their service and quality was ouststanding and the price made the whole experience memorable and I would not only reuse them but highly recommend them
