Longpuddle is a 400 year old thatched cottage set in the Piddle Valley in Dorset. The name Longpuddle was used by Thomas Hardy collectively for the villages of the valley. The house overlooks the embryo river Piddle which runs between the garden and our paddocks. Longpuddle offers a large en suite double room in the main house and two large recently renovated rooms; one double, one twin en suite room on the first floor of an outbuilding. Both these courtyard rooms have space for a third bed if required. All rooms have colour televisions with tea and coffee making facilities
