Our holiday cottage sleeps 4/5, is comfortably decorated and has a large and attractive garden. Potter Heigham is a peaceful Norfolk village where boats can be hired for exploring the tranquil waterways of the Norfolk Broads. Sailing and fishing are found locally and this is a great area for nature reserves, bird watching, cycling, walking, and safe sandy beaches which are perfect for families. Boat trips from Wroxham, a steam railway, Blickling Hall (National Trust), and the medieval city of Norwich with its cathedral, castle, shopping, galleries and museums are all within easy reach as is Pensthorpe home to BBC TV Spring Watch. location Lonicera is located in the quiet and picturesque North Norfolk village of Potter Heigham; which is about 20 miles from the Cathedral City of Norwich. Approximately 1 mile away is the famous medieval bridge at Potter Heigham which spans the river Thurne and the well known store of Lathams which sells all manner of fishing tackle amongst other things. During the long summer days Potter Heigham is a bustling place where you can hire a boat for the day and go sailing and explore the Norfolk Broads. Alternatively, why not visit a nature reserve, go bird watching, cycling or walking. Whatever your interest there is always something to do.
