John and his team were brilliant and really made sure we had an excellent night. In the lead up to the party, John was super reliable and was great at communicating to make sure all our needs were met. On the evening of our work Christmas party, we walked into an instant party with lights, music, karaoke, and cheery smiles. We hadn't told anyone we were having a karaoke in case people were reticent, but in all honesty, the microphones were never out of someone's hand. We had the best night and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. At the end of the evening, there was a slight mix up with online payments which meant I had paid twice online and it didn't show up in John's business account, so we had to pay cash! It wasn't anyone's fault and John really reliably turned up on my doorstep the following day with a full cash refund. So, if you're looking for someone reliable with fantastic organisation and communication skills, who will keep your party buzzing with smiles and warmth, I cannot recommend John highly enough. A lovely, conscientious guy, who helped us celebrate Christmas with laughter and lots of smiles. Thanks loads John :)
