Lou and the Staff are just the best!
Ive been going here for years now and they always look after me and my friends. They are all so friendly and helpful i almost feel like part of the family. Everyone i know thinks the same including my elderly mother who visits on a regular basis and loves to chat. good value and well presented Highly recommend, you cant go wrong Lou is simply a god at her job and the tea and coffie couldnt be better! just brillant!
Having just moved to Southampton a work colleague suggested I tried (Loo's it) gents hair cuts in bittern. Well...It was the best haircut I have ever had!! Louise the bubbly owner suggested a new style that would be easier for me to manage , feeling a bit unsure about this at first, her years of experience and passion took hold and soon after she built my confidence, So I went for it. Well it looks really stylish for a change and I was so impressed with the results I thought I would add these comments to an online review for the fist time in my life! My wife says it's knocked years off of me! It was an extremely friendly experience, plus we had a very funny chat, it really was a very well presented professional and smart establishment, with comfortable leather waiting chairs, plus a plasma TV playing with decent music. They had up to date bloke magazines unlike most. I've paid more than double for rubbish haircuts in recent years; It was also refreshing not to be hard sold hair products etc at till. (Loo's it two) is right next door this is for the female experience in hair and nails etc. So a few weeks later I made a gamble I nipped in and brought some vouchers for the very fussy wife as a birthday present. Knowing how fussy she can be I thought if she comes home totally happy I would be surprised. However I could not believe my eyes when she got home! She had not one bad word about the place! She was more impressed than me and this was a first in my book. She claimed the entire setup of the shop and the staff were simply so good she setup her next 4 appointments. As a family we have been going regularly ever since and more than happy on every visit including our 2 young boys. Our teenage daughter I believe has started going too with her friends but that's about as much as I get out of her at 16 witch is more than most I suppose. Its worth every penny try them out! Lancer
