I think I actually got better service out of the cowboys I rented with at university!

Upon moving into our apartment, we noticed there were several broken and unusable items in the property, and the place was definitely not cleaned to a professional standard. After calling up to get them to fix my wardrobe, which was actually so unstable one of the shelves fell down on me, I was told it was %u2018not urgent%u2019 and I ended up having to live out of a suitcase for over 2 weeks until someone came to fix it. It took them a week to come out to fix what I would class as an urgent matter %u2013 leaking pipework. And even then their solution was to place a bucket underneath. Our luck didn%u2019t even change when we decided to leave. I had to delay the move in of my new property as I was told they were too busy to give me a reference, and we are still waiting to hear anything about our deposit. Tenants, I wouldn%u2019t value the service you get at all, particularly when most of the properties are high standard, city centre apartments. Landlords, don%u2019t expect your property to be looked after! Totally unprofessional service, the staff are rude, unhelpful and apparently too busy to carry out their jobs.
