Amazing! This kind lady has made for me a ring that is no longer available on the website, so she especially made me one with the personalisation I wanted. From start to finish communication was excellent and the piece itself, which turned up today (super delivery service also) is so beautiful I just love it. Such a simple piece but it's so so lovely. It has my daughters initial so it's a super special piece of jewellery for me that I will wear everyday, and she also approves. She might be two years old but she can appreciate something good when she sees it lol. I'm 100% certain I will order from here again, it's just so much better than all the same looking stuff you get from high street jewellers. Definitely take a look with Xmas coming up or if you just want to treat yourself because of an achievement like I did, it's so worth it x

I don't often write reviews, but given the level of service I've received, I thought I'd post my first! I ordered a beautiful pair of earrings for a friends birthday present, however due to some challenges with the courier I had cause to contact the seller. The recovery was genuinely brilliant and the communication excellent. They arrived shortly after and are absolutely gorgeous. You really know a business is there for their customers when they step up and resolve any issues should they arise. I would 100% recommend Lucy Ashton!
