Properties for rent
We offer a range of accommodation based in Liverpool which is open for people who need a place to stay, such as contractors, people who need space from their current home situation for whatever reason or people new to Liverpool who need a place to stay until they find somewhere more permanent. They are open to anyone, and some tenants have been in our properties for over 10 years!
Rooms
Rooms in 4-bed houses for £55/week, shared kitchen and bathrooms.
Minimum rental contract
We offer a minimum of 3 months rental contract; this is to maintain stability in the renting communities.
EnSuite Rooms
We also offer rooms with ensuites, which are in 3-bedroom houses and share one kitchen and one main bathroom. These cost £80/week to stay in.
Flats
We also offer 1 and 2-bedroom flats. Please contact us for more information.

thuggish landlord
i rented one of these properties from liz lunt of 37 september road.i was never repaid my deposit when i left.they had absolutely no reason to whithhold it.i am owed £300.this family are very intimidating to most people,very thuggish.they appear to be very nice on the surface but if you fall more than 2 weeks behind on your rent you see a different side to all of them.beware you are lightly to be evicted without notice in the middle of the night and all your posessions stolen.
