We are located on Clumber Street, we have double doors that open outwards and stay open during opening hours. There is a small ramp up from the pavement to the doorway. The pathways around the store are clear, and clutter free for easy mobility and the store is well lit. Our store is split across two levels with three steps down to access the bottom half of the store. On the entrance level there are waist height wooden units with shelving above on the left and waist height tills on the right, all of our tills have wireless card readers for accessible payments. At the lower level of the shop there are wooden waist height units with shelving above on the left and right hand sides. On the back wall is a gift wall with wooden shelving that covers most of the wall. There is also a waist height sink in the back right corner. In the centre of the lower level is a moveable wood and metal unit and two areas for demos. If you require assistant reaching products from the lower level of the store a staff member can help you down or bring the products to you. We have chairs available on both levels of the store and can make available upon request. We also have click & collect services available if you prefer to shop this way. The closet accessible toilet to us is on Greyhound Street just around the corner off the Market Square. The nearest car park to our store is Trinity Square which is roughly a ten minute walk away, there are also blue badge parking spaces available on Thurland Street which is a three minute walk away.
