Nutritionist helps me maintain health weight
I was encouraged by a friend of mine to visit Meridian Centre (www.enlong.co.uk), after many years of trying different diets. I had put on a lot of weight, felt constantly tired, had sugar cravings and enormous mood swings. Within four days of going on the recommended weight loss nutritional programme I felt much better and more alert, without the fuzziness I'd lived for years. By the second week of Agnieszka's recommendations I was sleeping much better. I lost 5,5kg (12lb) in the first weeks, and as a result of this success I had the motivation to change my eating habits. The programme is easily understood; best of all it has great recipes which are again really easy to make. During the course, my nutritionist was encouraging and it was great to email and discuss the hurdles or achievements of the week gone by. I learnt to cook using delicious foods I had not tried before and so had more choice in what I was eating, not less. I joined my local gym and started jogging. I've changed my lifestyle and it feels great! I'm more optimistic, have loads more energy, I'm rarely hungry and definitely have no desire to give up!

Outstanding sevice with outstanding skills!
I suffered from IBS for 2 years, and I went to the Meridian clinic after a friend recommendation. Joy is a friendly Chinese Medicine and she is very skillful either. With 3 times acupuncture and I felt much better. I thanked her treatment. And thus I'd like to recommend her to you. Hang Chen
