About us

Luton Community Housing Ltd is a small but growing housing association with a strong local identity in the areas in which it works.

Our primary aim is to provide homes for people; homes with the highest standards possible within our resources. But, more than this, we also aim to provide additional support to individuals where needed whether this is with their housing or additional help and advice. Wherever possible we try to tailor services to the needs of individuals.

Once someone becomes a tenant, we try to involve them in all aspects of the management of their homes and the development of their communities, so that they are in the driving seat, determining the way our services are delivered.
