Do not use this man, he is the biggest con man going, the Police should take action, he has taken money from hundreds. We are a reputable Garage, specialising in Audi/ Vw , we unfortunately sent him an ECU. from a Audi A3 , it came back no different, but without certain operations missing, sent him ECU back, he said he'd sort it 1 week later we had it back, no different!3 weeks the car has been off the road, He told us that the cost would be £250, & he has taken £ 460.If you try and ring this guy, the number is unavailable, how strange!! My next call is to trading standards.

DO NOT SEND MONEY OR PARTS TO THIS FRAUDSTER. I have reported him to the police and Action Fraud ( division of the police ) He takes your money ( a lot of it ) and sends nothing. he talks the talk initially but soon becomes very aggressive and hangs up the phone when you try to call, then send aggressive txt msgs. He promises dreams and delivers nightmares. He blocks your numbers when you start chasing items up, he has now shut down his website. If you require proof of all of this i have screen shots of conversations with him, if you would like to see them, i will gladly send them onto you. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET CONNED BY THIS MAN CALLED PHIL

Phil Bentley who runs this company is only interested in parting you with your money. The ecus he supplies do not work. Very difficult to get your money back. Trade with this company at your peril. This firm must be closed down.

a total con outfit, sent a ecu to them, promised they could fix it, 2 weeks later a dirty old unit sprayed in silver paint turned up, would not work at at all, least the old one part worked, phone phil and he he tries to make it out you can;t diagnose properly and there must be fault on car, begrudgingly he sends out another unit after you pay to post back, 2 more weeks and another old unit turns up, still not working, as a month has gone we go and get a new one from the main dealer, car worked perfect, so much for his rants you have a fault, and it isn't his units. trading standards informed, can you get your money back, not a hope in hell of him giving to you, had to get the bank on to suck the money back After this i found on some landrover websites that people there had the same old bull given to them, wished i had read them before dealing with this shark .That was over 2 years ago and he is still here trading, unbelievable

I sent an ecu to them at the beginning of April. They said it was faulty and, after many weeks, sent me a new one. This showed up as faulty on garage equipment. Sent back beginning June, no word by July 18th. I phoned them, again, Phil to get back. I asked for my old ecu back and this was not sent. Looks like I have to take legal action too. Just on basis of delays and lack of communication I would not use this company again. AVOID.

This company just sell 2nd hand units and charge you 3/4/5 times the real cost of them and pretend that they are reconditioned! Keen to take my money and then ignore me afterwards when I have a problem! I have had to go to my credit card company to get my money back!! Wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased!

Oh I don't Know where to Start with This Guy Called Phill at this Company Called Lynx Auto, I sent him a suspect ECU back in February to test it, He told Me it was indeed Faulty so Sent me A whole ECU Kit for the Car to replace My One and Charged me £650, Turned Out My ECU was Not Faulty at all,(as the one he sent me had the same faults codes as the one I initially sent him) So I Sent Him Back His Products as I received them on the Promise of getting my Money Back and I am still waiting 4 MONTHS later, I call him each day and he just FOBS me of saying "yes no problem he will with pleasure refund me", The Man is A Liar and very deceiving and its very stressful to do any business with this Man-- So Here I am now with Him having Conned me Out of £650 wasted 4 months of my time has caused me and my customer serious stress and Nothing to show for it....Stay Far Away From This Company As Possible, It Really is this Type Of Lousy Dishonest Behaviour That Gives a Bad Name to the Motor Trade...

A guy called Phillip!! Beware!! What he does is gets your FAULTY ECU...and browses eBay & rings SCRAP YARDS for used ECU!!! then says it's fixed and cheges you in the end £780 where as a new part from the dealer is £910. Had to threaten him to get money AND old part back because he took 7 weeks to find a used part and it was faulty!! Have logged a case with TRADING STANDARDS and ONLY then he gave money back! BEWARE...you will get conned! PHILLIP!!! or PHIL a 60yr old man! TRADING STANDARDS said that i am not the 1st to file a complaint against his company.
