Unprofessional & extortionists - moving day is stressful & this is not the company you need to help things go smoothly: 1) turned up an hour late with no phone call to tell us running late and no answer when we called office 2) special packaging for flat screen tv = a blanket!! 3) once your possessions are loaded on van the threats for extra money begin - if you get your keys to new house after noon you will be charged extra even though they were late and if exchange was on time they were not ready ( we got the keys at 12.15 and were charged otherwise van will not be unloaded) 4) chest of draws damaged 5) one box missing 1 star is too many
