Had quote for £4k to supply and fit a kitchen (4 base and 6 wall cupboards and an extractor fan). Paid £1k deposit. Week later told them didn't need fitting anymore and asked for a re-quote. Knocked £300 off price. Told him that didnt believe that they charged only £300 for 5 days fitting costs. He then got very defensive, I went into the store to get a cost breakdown as didnt believe 10 cupboards came to £3700. He threatened me with violence, refused to supply kitchen and refused to refund deposit. Now waiting for court date to get deposit back. I suggest you avoid this company, now gone to Eclipse who for exactly the same kitchen charge £2400 supply and £3100 supply and fit.
