Project Control

MCS Control Systems appoints a project team to the contract who are responsible for all aspects of the project. A single point of contact who may have numerous specialist engineers working for them yet providing a single focus for administration, so important with today's critically timed projects. From site field cabling to MCC manufacture to PLC software and SCADA development, our project team has many years of experience from within the relevant field of application. This brings a ground floor understanding to project implementation.

MCS Control Systems uses various project management tools that not only report the project status but also its financial progress. These have been used to provide detailed cash flow forecasts for our clients enabling them to monitor their own expenditure profile over the project's life cycle.
