Do not accept a Saturday delivery service organised by this courier service if you want your parcel for Saturday trading. I am a retailer and paid £25 for a Saturday delivery. My parcel arrived at 2pm, two hours before I closed. Despite all attempts prior to and following delivery I do not receive any satisfactory solution to my complaint.
