Inconsiderate liars
Phoned up and explained we were interested in a particular car but felt it was overpriced, also explained it was quite a journey for us to make and wanted to establish if any give on price before going... was told "we like to do a deal" and although no figure agreed was clearly told a reduction would be possible. So got the babysitter, husband took a couple of hours off work and made the journey only to be told "no negotiation", "we do not move on price". Now I don't have a problem on that, but I phoned to establish whether it was worth our while going and they lied JUST TO GET US THERE thinking their sales pitch is so good we'll feel happy to pay over the odds all of a sudden!? This shows me ZERO respect and that they CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Has given us a very bad impression of their ethics, and wish I'd read some of the other reviews before bothering to waste our time.
