DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY I purschased a car from MJD in Feb 2012. Car was to have new MOT as part of the dedal. Couldnt get the car through MOT due to accident damage. I was told it had not been involved in an accident. I specifically asked Mr Davis this question and was obviously lied to. I asked for my money back but I still havent received a penny 10 months down the line. I took him to court and won but he still frefuses to pay. He ahs other CCJ's aginst the company also as I discovered during my research. In the meantime Mr Davis and his business partner (now wife) had the money to jet off to USA and get married. I still have not received any money. It is costing me more money to get him back to court again but I will persist and I will win according to my solicitor. Then I will be pursing him through a statutory demand and I will try to force him into administration if I can in order to recoup some of my money. This may happen soon so I would avoid giving any money or credit to MJD Motors and it may be like mine money lost.
