Shower room/toilet installation

We feel really disappointed with the finish result on our new Shower room. On closer inspection the shower enclosure had several pieces (that were present at the time) which had not been fitted to it, there were eleven pieces missing altogether and these pieces must have been discarded by them with some of the rubbish (which resulted in us having to re purchase them as spare parts and fitting them ourselves) also some of the other parts had been fitted incorrectly, a very amateurish job . I believe this was the result of them taking days off in the middle of the job and then having to rush the work and finishing at 8pm on the Saturday evening in order to get their part of the job finished and receive payment from us and move on to their next job. The plumber also promised when he left that he would be back in a couple of days time to change a temporary piece of pipe work he had installed, again he has failed to keep his promise, I believe he only said this and had not intention on returning so he would receive his payment at the time. Also his electrician who was to work with him and was employed to do our electrics at the time of installing the new shower room failed to turn up on three separate appointments, and was totally unreliable. When the plumber had finish his work and had been paid we had to employ another electrician to do the electrics so we could finally use the shower, have lights and have a working fan.
