DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY!!!
Left the house in satisfactory condition, paid up rent and even agreed for the agency to keep the deposit for any 'wear and tears' and minor damage which i thought was nice enough! Moved house and somehow got our address which is near impossible which is worrying and sent us a bill for nearly £1000. ALSO during the tenancy the agency kept changing the rent date to an earlier date and harrassed us with calls and texts till we paid up.
