It was a horrible experience. We started having problems from 1st day. Induction was not working. Bath tub was leaking downstairs, Fridge was not working etc. To get a single issue resolved, we had to visit their office several times. Finally when we left the house, they said that our deposits will be returned after 7 days. I was an international student, so i left UK expecting that deposit will be returned to our bank accounts but it didn't. After that they stopped picking up our calls. Now my friend has returned back to UK after 8 months, so they had no choice when she confronted them. At first, they denied that we ever paid them any security. When she showed them the receipts, they admitted it. Now they are saying that they will give only small percentage of the deposits as we had high bills during our stay. When asked for the bills, they claim that they don't have it. They are highly unprofessional. Would not recommend it to anybody even if you really need a place.
