TERRIBLE

Anyone looking to either work there or even think about takng your custom there think twice due to the way that company operates. They employ people with the incentive of progressing to management and to be able to do that you will need to work over 12 hrs a day, 6 days a week, you earn based on what you sell you, of which you will get 20-30% cut plus they dont even provide the employees with a 'self employed' tax information. There is no basis pay. The products they sell are not even that good! They products tend to break or is given to the staff broken to be sold. They apprently have the authorisation from DISNEY themselves to sell their product as well as other brands like Umbro to name another. They tend to give the job to every one that walks through the door but they make out that your were one 3 to get the job but the fact is most people see what the company is all about and decided to leave when the interview is still been run in the field. Personally speaking this is a rip off and people tend to work ungodly hours for peanuts. There are alot of these offices all over London and I believe they need to be investigated by someone if not for the sake of the employees than for Tax reasons. They deal with cash in hand and do tend to generate over £5k-£10K a day in CASH.
