I was shocked to hear this review, it is biased and incorrect. Even without a base coat it is impossible to have your nails stained for a year! They're going to grow out! I'm a faithful client to MZ Beauty and have been since it opened. They ALWAYS use a basecoat when doing manicures. http://www.collegefashion.net/beauty-and-hair/nail-polish-101-dealing-with-stained-nails/ Read this and you'll actually find out that even with a basecoat staining can occur, it comes hand-in-hand with dark nail polishes.

HORRIBLE PLACE
HORRIBLE SALON! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Can not offer proper pedicure or manicure. My feet still felt rough. Manicure was poorly done and NO BASE COAT used. Nail polish STAINED my finger nails for over a year. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE!
