These guys are crooks folks. Don't use them. My Macbook was cutting out randomly and they charged me £420 for a new hard drive, saying it was the cause of the problem. It clearly wasn't because the problem persisted. They then said it could be the battery which they replaced with a used one. (They tried to charge me for this too! I refused). The problem persisted. After some fiddling around with the power supply chord I discovered it was the source of the problem. When I went to tell them they tried to sell me a new one for £65. I've since discovered you can buy them new for about 20 quid on ebay. They have not offered me any kind of refund. Avoid at all costs!
