we arrived at the hotel on 19 th july .in our room was under wear lying on the floor ..our door was needing repaired .room service was terrible had to ask for .tea bags .clean towels .ask to get bucket empty .our room number was 2202 .we payed almost £1000 for this ... saying that meals was good.george mcknight
