The MacDonald House enjoys a superb situation in one of the most picturesque areas of Inverness, on the banks of the River Ness opposite Inverness Cathedral. Ideal for the businessman or for the tourist we are a few minutes walk from the City Centre, Eden Court Theatre and the beautiful walks at Whin Park.
The MacDonald House is a family owned and run Guest House taking pride in giving friendly service in comfortable surroundings.
All bedrooms at the Guest House are comfortably and attractively furnished, and are fully equipped for the convenience of guests with Freeview TV, coffee/tea makers and en-suite facilities.

The area surrounding the location abounds with places of interest for the visitor. Within a short walking distance are the walks at the Whin Park & along the River Ness, Ness Islands, Aquadome and Sports Centre, the Ice Rink, Eden Court and Torvean Golf Course.
There are many other activities to do including the Warner Village Cinema, Rollerbowl ten pin bowling, boat trips up Loch Ness, Monster Exhibitions at Drummnadrochit, Cawdor Castle, Fort George and Culloden Battlefield.
