Simple screen replacements that work for warranty period only, then mysteriously cease to function. Incorrect and misleading information when speaking on the telephone. Rude customer support - heading for consumer complaint forums

HTC DESIRE
took my HTC Desire today, after dropping it and destroying the screens on New Years eve. They fixed it whilst i waited. Works better than ever, great.

HTC Desire Touch screen repair
Thanks to SPS Mobile for repairing my broken Desire in 30 mins while I had my lunch. Superb service . All done for £60....Note Cash is king here. But what a service. Thanks

Cheapest and quickest service I've found.
I've used a number of same-day repair services for phones before, and shopping around this time the others were all 2+ hour waits at least, expensive (£75 for a HTC Desire Digitiser), or didn't have the parts in stock. SPS charged £50 for the digitiser replacement (it goes for £40 on ebay as far as I know), and completed the repair perfectly within 30 minutes - even though they were repairing other phones already. It's been two days since the repair and it works as good as new. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid like the plague. Called them to see if they could replace my damaged touchscreen, they said they could and have the screen. Took the phone in and heard nothing. Called them after 2 days they said their supplier was bringing the screen the next day. Waited 2 days, heard nothing. Called again and they said they didn't know if they could get the correct screen or not. When I pointed out they told me they could, which is why I took it to them in the first place, I was shouted at and had the phone put down on me. Went back 2 days later to get my phone and got no apology of any sort. Terrible service and treatment.

Fix a speaker problem Lg910
Very very displeased. Don't send anything to them. I sent my phone recorded next day delivery 8 days ago. They state that the turnaround is 48 hours. No sign so far. I phoned to see why I haven't received it. The responder was quite abrupt and told me he didn't know why it hadn't been sent back with no apologies. I was told that he would phone the same evening to let me know why. He didn't even have the courtesy to say goodbye. Not one bit impressed.

Unlock my Nokia N95
I'd like to thank the engineers at SPS Mobile in Brent, NH3 for the great services they provide when it comes to unlocking mobile phones. I had my latest Nokia N95 unlocked by them in less than an hour for just £15 - great stuff,lads!Highly recommended
