Following the delivery of a 2 day Precision Leadership masterclass a delegate said I don't want to come across all gushing but honestly I felt that more sunk in and stuck through one day in training with yourself than all of the NVQ sessions I have attended so far! Training to me instantly conjures up images of a classroom scenario and role plays, which although just about palatable to myself, I can honestly say turns me off immediately. The session with you was informative, formal enough to get the point across but informal enough to remain fun and well-paced. Honestly looking forward to the next!
