Out of Hours Service Staff Manager
I have looked to Madison when I have had a shortfall in staff numbers for General Practitioners. This is often due to illness and by definition short notice. On these occasions Madison are very quick to provide cover, and on the few occasions when it is not possible, I am made aware quickly so I can make alternative arrangements. I think this excellent communication is what separates Madison from other agencies who tend to keep me hanging on, only to let me know that cover will not be possible.
