Avoid at all costs
AWFUL! Booked 4 hours for a full spring clean on a 2-bed flat. Spring clean didn't happen, intact a normal clean wasn't even carried out (cleaner left after just under 3 hours). Picked up the toaster when she had finished and there were crumbs everywhere. She had cleaned around every thing instead of cleaning under it. Same on shelves. The cleaner also used a duster and pledge to clean the kitchen worktop (when ample cleaning products available to be used) - not hygienic! Dread to think what the bathroom was cleaned with. All glass and mirrors cleaned with the wrong products and smeared. Company not responding to my complaints and request to rectify. Avoid at all costs.

total unprofessional behaviour
I had booked carpet cleaning as part of end of tenancy cleanning from Magic cleaners at 5:00 pm just one day before final checkout for the flat. The cleaner didnot turn up at the fixed time hence I called up magic cleaner, the lady told me she would get back to me .I waited for 40 mins and tried calling her and message her number of times but she never picked up my phone nor replied to any of my messages. Also at the same when my partner called her, she immediately picked up the phone and when he mentioned about me, she just disconnected the phone. This is total unprofessional behaviour from their side . They did not even bother informing me if the cleaner could not make it at the fixed appointment plus never picked up my call which is really frustating. I booked them just because they were cheap compared to others but really regret now. I would never recommend them. If you don't want to waste your money and time, please don't go for them.

The company cancelled my cleaner with no notice and no alternate cleaner offered.

The rudest man I have ever spoken to.
I never got as far as using this company as when my partner phoned up to arrange a cleaner the man on the phone contradicted the contents of his website and very quickly started telling her she had a mental problem. I'm baffled and shocked that this person in a public facing position would be so aggresive, rude and utterly stupid. If this guy is a manager then it leads me to think that is an unsavoury company who's employees I would never want in my house.
