avoid - they are an absolute disgrace
Ordered our 14k kitchen in December , fitted end of feb . There were specific items that just hadn't been ordered due to incompetence . The fitter was brilliant I have to say , but magnet had given him the wrong plans so he'd connected gas pipes etc the hob when infact we were having induction. No skip was ordered for the waste so for 5 days my old kitchen was dangerously piled up outside our house with children passing it daily. Then when skip bags finally arrived we ended up packing the rubbish ourselves for fear of it falling and hurting our children. Within 24 hrs of the kitchen being installed a cupboard was broken ! And when the splash back turned up nearly 3 weeks late magnet had ordered the wrong shade glass - so theres another 2 week wait for that outstanding as we speak. So 3 weeks later my kitchen is still not complete . They can't organise a p*ss up in a brewery !!! SAVE YOURSELF a lot of STRESS - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
