About
Based on Russian traditional fighting arts which are still used by Spetnaz, Systema is a flexible system of self-defence and is built upon the principles of movement, relaxation, improvisation, and develops your natural instincts quickly to deal with any circumstance. Weapons, hand to hand combat, groundfighting, and pyschology of attacks are just some of the areas covered. Classes run Mondays (exc. Bank holidays) 8-10pm.
