The practise was established in 1980 by Jo Provan and Ray Makin. It is renowned for its work on the urban regeneration of the historic fabric of Manchester and beyond. The past 20 years have seen rapid growth at Provan and Makin. With Architects Andrew Burns and Ashley Hunt and Company Secretary Tracey Beekman on the Board, the practice is going from strength to strength
Provan and Makin work in a wide range of sectors for clients in the private and public arenas. We work on contracts from ?200,000 up to ?20 million.
