Slow and full of excuses

This guy performed an annual service on my car and returned it with a flashing oil pressure warning light, which he dismissed as a bad switch and told me to bring it back the next day. This resulted in damage to the engine, which he is unable to repair and offers a different excuse every day. He will now not answer phone calls and is unavailable to accept receipt of recorded-delivery mail. One of his many excuses is to claim delays are due to having a parts supplier sending parts from London, but these are parts which other people inform me are readily available locally. His advertised landline is permanently disconnected and he refuses to answer his mobile and I am without my car in the run up to christmas. So far I have paid him around £315 for a service, MOT, and a new sump, but it now appears he is incapable of performing anything other than a simple task. His garage premises doesn't have any of the basic essentials such as an inspection pit, ramps, or adequate lighting. This guy still has my car in a state of disrepair after more than 6-weeks (and counting)and is full of excuses. Beware!
