EXCELLENT SERVICE & REPARIED MY PHONE SAME DAY!! i have a S4 which stopped chargeing so i looked around and found malconnection i did see this review & was abit reluctant to use the shop however i called and asked for price and time to fix they advised will be done same day so i asked about the review the man did not know about the review & said that he will be in shop & repair it himself as he is the reparist as advised at the time this review date shows he was not in UK shop was run by someone else, so i took the risk as i needed my fone fixed asap & i am glad i did as he did fix my phone the same day working perfect been a few days now & it wasnt expensive at all i would recommend Malconnection i would use again, they are cheap

samsung s4 repair
100% BRILLIANT SERVICE!!my phone was not charging so after looking on scoot i thought twice about taking my phone due to the review but i called the shop 1st and was told repair will be done same day i then questioned the review and was advised that there was someone else running the shop at the time the phone was given in to repair so i took a risk and i am glad i did as my phone was repaired SAME DAY WITHIN FEW HOURS AND WAS NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL, VERY PLEASED WILL 100% USE AGAIN, Thanks Mal for repair

Repairs
I took my iPhone 4 into this shop for repair,the price quoted was good having done research.however the service was shocking.i asked for a time of how long the repair would take,I was told a couple of hours up to a day.i left the phone on wednesday at 3.30pm,it was not repaired when I returned later that day,told to come back next day,however I did this,was told come back later,we close at 5.30pm.i went back at 5.15,then was told still with repairer.i asked had my phone been sent away, was told no,so I asked for phone back,I was told it was in pieces,so I was lied to,my phone was not on the premises,I asked the assistant to call the repairer,he said phone was just finished,come back tomorrow,being Friday.as this was eid I asked if shop would be open,I was told yes..I went the next da to collect my phone to find the shop was closed...do you call this good service...I am now having to wait and see if shop opens today...they have my phone,I call this theft.....i am now sitting outside shop,which is not open,I will wait till 12noon.
