burned during waxing
BURNED ME WHILST WAXING. I found out later that the lady is training and UNQUALIFIED, which they denied until they couldn't lie any more. They said it would not burn but I knew it already had. They did not treat the burn properly and put lotion on it instead of treating it accordingly. The manager didn't know what to do either and just stood there and watched whilst the trainee intensified by burns with perfumed lotion!!! Poor service! No apology or realisation of the mistake committed.
