We offer to our customers a local and long distance removal service, 7 days a week for Household, Offices and Small Businesses. Whether it be one item or the contents of a whole house/small business!

We have comprehensive Goods in Transit Insurance and will take great care of all your valuables.
With our services being highly cost effective, we are building a strong reputation for excellent service in and around East Sussex. No job is too small and we tailor our workload to suit your requirements.
Man and Van can move anything from a single item to a complete flat, house, office etc.
No matter where your destination lies in the UK, we'll get your belongings there intact and on time, from the start to finish, you will always be our priority.

O.A.P. & student discounts offered, (Students share the van and share the cost). Moving out of town we can take you and your belongings to any destination in the UK, Have a friend who's moving at the same time, we can arrange to pick up you and your items then onto your friend and their items, even if the destination is different, No problems for Man and Van.

The advantage of using Man and Van is we charge by the hour, keeping the cost down to the customer, wherever you need us for a couple of hours or a whole day.
You might only need one Man and a Van and help to load yourself the choice is yours.
We operate 7 days a week including Bank Holidays (no extra cost) even through the night if that's what you need.
