Appalling treatment towards staff
Company has no morals or genuine manners towards its staff treating them like robots mechanical devices. Really bad and they deserve to lose contracts if clients was to find out how they skip to make more profit.

MAN does not care about its staff
The owner of this company M.A.N loves the sound of his own voice. Whatever is going on he will always come along and interrupt thinking he is missing out on something like a spoilt child. Doesn't like other people's opinions and can be extremely arrogant and rude trying to impose his unwelcome authority upon you. I would strongly recommend that employees do not give him anymore oxygen to feed his over-inflated ego. Your welfare and rewards are not at the top of this companies list of priorities. The two main shareholders are self- obsessed with greed and have appalling attitudes bragging all the time and looking in the mirror as if they are better than everyone else.

Rogue Operators getting Staff to write 5 star reviews
MAN Commercial Protection are delibrately enticing and encouraging staff to write bogus 5 star reviews on Google, so watch out! I became suspicious and monitored their behaviour relentlessly over a 4 month period with my colleagues. I discovered all the positive reviews was coming from its very own family related staff working at MAN Commercial head office. During my observations I took screenshots and counted at least 30 genuine 1 star negative reviews had also been deleted and removed. Each fake positive review was cross referenced with accounts belonging to Linkedin.com. This search revealed all the names and what senior positions they held within MAN Commercial. My suspicions was then confirmed as expected. A corrupt company trying to deceive potential customers and get them to buy business from them by rigging its reviews to make out they are a great company. This is fraudulent and called mis-representation. Giving employees and clients a false sense of security by dishonest practices. Its a common occurrence amongst senior staff to go around bribing staff with Love2shop vouchers. Taking advantage of vulnerable employees just before Christmas is just one of many dirty tricks MAN Commercial is prepared to play on you. They win you over then ask you to leave a nice review. They are desperate asking guards to work flat out 24/7. Saying to them its okay to work 84 hours a week without a break just to make more profit. These tactics are illegal under the working time regulations 1998, but MAN Commercial likes to think it is doing its employees a big favour by allowing a slave culture. Nobody really wants to work for them anymore because they pay appalling wages and tell too many lies.

Joke of a company
I was absolutely astonished about the attitude towards our staff and company when we told man commercial we was terminating the contract. We tried several times to explain the problems we was having, but man did not acknowledge our concerns. After several attempts to speak with their HR department we realised that this company was not going to coperste with us. We was very sympathetic towards the director but when we terminated our involvement he became abusive over the phone then slammed it down. This attitude does make us wonder what else thus company is capable of. I would definitely not recommend any involvement with them. We have since discovered lits of negative reviews wide spread across the internet about this company,so we was ribt to get rid of.
