Extremely disappointing

I have been very disappointed with my experience of Manchester Drain Services Ltd - I was charged £85 to jet my drains and was told the blockage was cleared although further diagnostics may be required if it came back in the future. Within minutes of the guy leaving it became apparent that the problem had not been cleared at all and so a second guy was sent round. This time a completely different problem was identified, and I am still none the wiser why this was missed initially. I was told I would be contacted back with a quote for the work which never happened, and in the meantime contacted my insurance and am now having to pay out another £200 excess. When I called to discuss is as I feel I have been unfairly charged to receive absolutely no service whatsoever, I was told that "we aren't a charity, I won't entertain this" and threatened with legal action should I write an honest review of the situation online! Unbelievable!
