Our most recent opening of a business park was Mandale Park, in Durham - the former LG Philips site. Phase one consists of 11 buildings totalling 52,000sqft, phase two is due to commence this year which includes almost 200,000sqft of additional business accommodation.

Mandale was responsible for regenerating Hartlepool Marina, converting 75 acres of wasteland into one of the North East's most visited locations. The construction of the Marina provides up to 600 berths for boats together with over 400 apartments, 100,000sqft of office space, 300,000sqft of retail and over 20 spectacular restaurants, cafes and bars.

There is a degree of flexibility in all offices, where individual requirements can be incorporated into a design, and we can provide a fit-out service for you to save you time and energy in organising something that we are specialists at. Extra items can be charged at a premium or incorporated into the rent, including air conditioning and a variety of flooring. All of our accommodation benefits from substantial car parking facilities, usually around double the legal requirement, and free of charge. Our unique selection of business space ranges in sizes and styles; from a large, open plan office typical for a larger organisation, to smaller, contemporary office suites. Natural lighting, feature windows, suspended ceilings & computer trunking, are typical features we incorporate into all our developments.

We were the first company to construct office accommodation and apartments which incorporated leisure facilities at Teesside's finest business park, Teesdale. Teesdale now covers an area of 12 acres of which 18 buildings were constructed by us.
