Great cut, bad colour

Had a brilliant hair cut, but got a full head of highlights to fill in my roots, highlights were not done to the roots and there are big sections with no bleach. They put an additional colour in to separate the bleach but this colour went a little yellow despite me saying I didn't want any warm tones in my hair. Went in to state my issue and got booked in for a t-section to rectify hair, when appointment day came I was running late from childminding and called up to say I was going to be 5-10 minutes late, they then said there was nothing they do and that I needed to rebook. I would expect to be a priority considering my appointment was to rectify an issue they had created! I am now going to have to spend another £50-£70 on a full head of highlights elsewhere to get it sorted - what a waste of money.
