Ok, stretching might not directly save you in a plane crash, I would like to think it may contribute in some way. But, I did need to get your attention...Stretching is one of the simplest things to do. Yet we're rarely doing it.Being a guy, my view on stretching was:“Do what? Stretching? That’s for girls, isn`t it...”Luckily I have changed my attitude towards stretching and a workout isn't complete without it. And yes, being told off by my sport masseur for not stretching properly, helped too.We don’t appreciate the flexibility of stretching, or even better; the benefits of it, in our day-to-day states. But, pick up an injury and you'll realize that stretching is an essential part of your exercise routine.That's exactly what happened to me so it comes from experience. I inflated a ligament on my foot, Purely because my calf muscle and my feet were too tight. It's left me unable to run distances, which I used to quite enjoy. Manny has always provided me a quality service and our sessions are incredibly varied. rarely do i have the same excercise happen twice. and in my job as a professional athlete i have not yet come across someone i trust as much with my fitness and health. It really is a step in the right direction for professionals and anyone else who really cares about their health

I have been Training with manny for around 2 years now and am still enjoying it although i used to yawn at the thought of going to the gym. I am seeing very good results and my fitness has improved far beyond what i expected. I have a bad back which has given me trouble for years, Since training with Manny this has greatly improved.

very good service. I dropped a dress size with 5 sessions. Manny ensures each session is different to stop boredom and is very motivational. Manny will also check after each session to ensure I am ok and how I feel. In my view more then value for money. Manny also offers a friendly service and makes you feel good about the work you are doing.

I have been seeing Manny as my personal trainer for nearly 3 years now. He has more than helped me achieve my goals, and yet still managed to push me further. His advice is invaluable, and his commitment to his clients is exceptional. Personally, I've never felt better and will continue to see him.

Manny is the most professional and focussed fitness trainer I've used. He always ensures that a session is varied and targets specific areas to achieve desired results. He ensures the training he provides is in a clean and safe environment and that all fitness coaching is achieved in safety. He remains focussed on the client. He is good value and has good empathy and understanding whilst encouraging the client to remain totally unditracted and focussed to achieve the best results.
